It depends on the renovation – the longest is a full renovation with new wiring and plumbing, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. You receive the exact stage-by-stage schedule after the site visit, and the timeline is extended mainly by late decisions and late deliveries.
Yes – for example, the wet rooms first and then the other rooms. However, it is better to replace the wiring and plumbing all at once, because the routes run through several rooms.
Yes, if the wall is not load-bearing – this is checked against the building's documents and, if needed, with an engineer's opinion. It is decided before the start, because it changes the electrical and plumbing routes.
The kitchen is measured once the walls are plastered and the floor is ready. But the choice of kitchen must be clear before the start, so the lines and outlets are run to the right places.
