The content of the website (service descriptions, articles, guides) is provided for information purposes. The prices given, including those in the price list and the calculator, are indicative — the final price for a specific property is set in a written quote after a site visit.

Sending an enquiry, using the calculator or booking a site visit does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not give rise to obligations for either party. Contractual relations arise only from an express written agreement (a contract or an accepted quote).

For every completed project, we issue a written warranty certificate that sets out what is covered and for how long. The warranty period runs from the date on which the project is accepted with a handover report.

• 2 years on all work — Construction, renovation and finishing work on the property.
• 6 years on plumbing, electrical and roofing work — Internal plumbing installations, electrical installations, roofing work and roof waterproofing — the areas where a hidden defect shows up late and costs the most.
• Written warranty certificate — Issued for every completed project, it sets out what is covered and for how long.

The extended term applies to the installations themselves and to the roofing work. Installed ready-made products — taps, fittings, appliances — carry the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorised alterations to the completed work, mechanical damage or events beyond our control. Warranty claims are submitted in writing to office@remonts.bg, with a description and photos.

The content of the website (texts, images, design) is the property of REMONT EXPERTS EOOD or is used with permission. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written consent is not permitted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted operation of the service. The website may contain links to external websites, for whose content we are not responsible.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

For matters not covered by these terms, the Bulgarian legislation in force applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, where that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
