What a bathroom renovation includes
A bathroom renovation starts with clean preparation of the substrate. Without this stage, every later decision rests on a risk that becomes expensive further down the line.
We coordinate plumbing, electrics, waterproofing, tiling and fitting as one sequence. That is the difference between a bathroom that looks good at handover and one that stays reliable over time.
For the client, the value is clear: correct floor slopes, clean detailing, less risk of leaks and peace of mind in one of the most sensitive rooms in the home.

Types of bathroom renovation
Bathroom in a new-build home
We plan the plumbing and electrics, tiling and sanitaryware from the start, so there are no corrections at the end.
Bathroom in an older home
We deal with old plumbing and wiring, uneven substrates and hidden risks that call for closer control.
Small bathroom
We use the space precisely, without sacrificing comfort, floor slopes or a clean visual result.
Luxury bathroom
The focus is on materials, detail and a finished look that makes an impression and lasts over time.
What we avoid
Leaks
We start with the preparation and never let critical stages be done as a mere formality. This is the foundation of a worry-free result.
Incorrect waterproofing
Waterproofing is not an optional detail. It is the protection that decides whether the bathroom stays reliable after the renovation.
Uneven tiles
We keep an eye on levelling, grout joints and finishing, because in a bathroom it is the detail that shows the quality of the work.
Poor floor slope
The slope towards the floor drain is planned and built precisely. A mistake here stays with you for every year that follows.
Process
How we work
We work in an orderly sequence – predictably, with control over every stage and without chaos while the work is under way.
Site visit
We assess the condition of the substrates, the plumbing and wiring, and the risk points before we commit to a scope and timeline.
Quote
You get a clear framework for the work, materials and sequence of execution, not a general description with no specifics.
Execution
We follow a precise sequence for plumbing and electrics, waterproofing, tiling and fitting.
Quality control
We check slopes, details, grout joints and finishing before the bathroom is handed over.
We work with clients who want quality and a long-term result.
When a bathroom is done properly, what matters most is precision, the right sequence of work and responsibility for every detail.
What we value
- quality
- long-term result
- peace of mind after the renovation
If your goal is the lowest price, we are probably not the right choice.
A written warranty
Every completed project receives a warranty certificate. This is what it covers and for how long.
- 2 years on all work
- Construction, renovation and finishing work on the property.
- 6 years on plumbing, electrical and roofing work
- Internal plumbing installations, electrical installations, roofing work and roof waterproofing — the areas where a hidden defect shows up late and costs the most.
- Written certificate
- Issued for every completed project, it sets out what is covered and for how long.
The extended term applies to the installations themselves and to the roofing work. Installed ready-made products — taps, fittings, appliances — carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Short answers before you continue
A complete bathroom renovation costs roughly €4,000–9,000, including the labour and all the construction materials. For an old 4 m² bathroom at the standard level, the bill usually comes to €4,500–5,500. You choose and buy the tiles, sanitaryware and drains yourself. Prices task by task and a sample budget are shown above, and the exact amount comes in a written quote after the free site visit.
A 3–5 m² bathroom usually takes 10–15 working days. Part of that time is the drying of the screed and the waterproofing, which cannot be cut short. Surprises after the strip-out – old pipes, crooked walls – can add to it; the stage-by-stage schedule is in the quote.
You choose and buy them. Construction materials – adhesives, waterproofing, screeds, plaster – are on a separate line in our quote. It helps to choose the tiles and sanitaryware before the start, because the water outlets are placed according to them.
The warranty is in writing: 24 months for all work, including the bathroom waterproofing, and 72 months for new plumbing and electrical installations.
The waterproofing goes over the whole floor and the shower area, with tape in the corners, and is tested with water before any tiles go on. New pipes are pressure-tested before the wall is closed.
We show you what we found and what the repair costs. Extra work only starts once you have approved it in writing, with a price.
Yes. The calculator gives a guide from the tiled area, and with the estimate from photos you upload 3–8 photos of the bathroom and get a plan in three options with a price within a minute. The site visit afterwards is free.
We work across Sofia and the nearby towns and villages – Bankya, for example – as well as in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Pleven and Blagoevgrad.
