Data you provide to us: when you send an enquiry, use the calculator or the chat, or book a site visit — your name, phone number, email address, the city/address of the property and a description of the project.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited — in server logs and (only after you have given your consent) in the analytics tools referred to in section 4.

Marketing attribution: when you arrive from an advertisement or a search engine, we store the campaign parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid) and the referring page for the duration of the session, so that we know which channel brought in the enquiry.

Processing an enquiry and preparing a quote — Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Visit analytics and advertising measurement — Article 6(1)(a) (your consent, given through the cookie banner). You can refuse — the website works perfectly normally even without this consent.

Protection against abuse and spam (limiting requests per IP address) — Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

Without your consent, the website uses only technically necessary means (e.g. spam protection and saving your cookie choice). The following tools are activated only if you click ‘Accept all’ in the banner:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised visit statistics (Google Ireland Ltd.);
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API — measuring the effectiveness of advertisements on Facebook/Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.);
• Hotjar — anonymised heatmaps and session recordings (Hotjar Ltd.).

If you refuse, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode) — only anonymised technical signals without advertising identifiers are sent to Google, and these are not used for profiling.

You can withdraw your consent at any time directly on the website: Cookie settings. The same link also appears in the footer of every page. When you withdraw your consent, your choice is cleared, the tracking cookies are deleted and the page reloads to stop any tracking that has already been loaded. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Enquiries are processed in our internal customer management system. Technical service providers with access to the data: the website's hosting provider, the email service provider (for confirmations and notifications) and — only where consent has been given — Google, Meta and Hotjar. In the case of these providers, data may be transferred outside the EEA subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We keep data from enquiries for up to 24 months after the communication has ended, unless a contractual relationship arises (in that case, in line with the statutory periods for accounting and tax documents). Analytics data is kept in accordance with the settings of the relevant tool.

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
