Scope and approach

What you get

The wiring is planned around how the room will be used – where the beds, the TV, the kitchen appliances or the workstations will be. The cross-section of each cable is chosen to suit the load and the breaker, and the oven, hob, water heater and air conditioners get dedicated lines from the panel.

We lay internet and TV cables in their own conduits, separate from the power lines. The lines are laid and connected by qualified electricians in line with current safety requirements.

Technical detail: straight routes

Cables in the wall are laid only horizontally and vertically from the box or socket – never diagonally. That way it is clear later where not to drill, and a cable laid in conduit can often be replaced without opening the wall.

  • A room-by-room plan of the lines – lighting, sockets and circuits for high-power appliances
  • Copper cables sized to the load and the breaker of each circuit, in corrugated conduit
  • Horizontal and vertical routes, never diagonal, so it is clear where each cable runs
  • Connections only in accessible junction boxes, with no hidden joints in the wall
  • Separate conduits for internet, TV and the intercom
  • Testing of the insulation and of every point before the channels are filled in
When to call us

From the problem to the solution

The most common situations people call us about, and how we approach them.

Common problems

  • A new home with few sockets and no lines for air conditioners or kitchen appliances
  • High-power appliances on a shared circuit, so the breaker trips
  • An office where the workstations run off extension leads
  • Hidden joints in the wall that cannot be reached
  • Cables laid diagonally or without conduit, which get drilled through when a shelf is put up

How we approach them

  • We add lines and points to suit the actual layout, before skim coating and painting
  • We run a dedicated line with a suitable breaker for each high-power appliance
  • We plan several sockets per workstation, spread across separate circuits
  • We replace hidden joints with a continuous line or a connection in an accessible box
  • We replace cables laid diagonally or without conduit with new ones on straight routes

A good fit when

  • When you have bought a new home and want extra sockets and lines
  • When you are fitting out an office and the workstations need separate circuits
  • When you are adding air conditioners, a hob, a water heater or another high-power appliance
  • When you are converting a room – a new kitchen, a study or a children's room

Process

How the work runs

We organise the work around the specifics of the city and the property, planning access, logistics and stages.

  1. Site visit to confirm the appliances, workstations and lighting

  2. A plan of circuits and points, agreed with you

  3. Cutting channels and laying the cables in corrugated conduit to the back boxes

  4. Connecting the lines at the panel and testing each of them

  5. Filling in the channels and, after painting, fitting sockets, switches and lighting

Price

What affects the price

The price is based on the number of lines and points and the length of the routes, so we calculate it once the plan is agreed.

If you decide to add points during the work, we list them and agree them with you before we carry them out.

See the price list
  • The number of lines and points – sockets, switches and lighting
  • The length of the routes to the panel
  • The type of walls and floors – brick, concrete, drywall or screed
  • Low-voltage lines – internet, TV, intercom
  • Whether the panel has room for new circuits or needs replacing
  • Whether the work is in a finished room, where the wall has to be opened and made good

Internal plumbing installations, electrical installations, roofing work and roof waterproofing — the areas where a hidden defect shows up late and costs the most.

Issued for every completed project, it sets out what is covered and for how long.

The extended term applies to the installations themselves and to the roofing work. Installed ready-made products — taps, fittings, appliances — carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Questions and answers

Wiring in Blagoevgrad: questions and answers

Copper, with a cross-section to suit the load – usually 1.5 mm² for lighting and 2.5 mm² for sockets, while for high-power appliances it is sized to their power rating. The cables are laid in corrugated conduit.

Yes, but a channel has to be cut and filled, and the wall is skim coated and painted locally. If you do not want the wall opened, the cable can run in surface-mounted trunking.

Yes – separate circuits for the workstations, lighting, and internet cables in separate conduits. The schedule is agreed so that it disrupts your work as little as possible.

We recommend it – the photos show where the cables run when you later drill for a shelf, a picture or a cabinet.

The lines we lay are covered by our electrical wiring warranty – 6 years. Sockets, switches and light fittings carry the manufacturer's warranty against factory defects.
