Common problems
- A bath that takes up half the room
- No space for the washing machine, or it blocks the door
- A dark, cramped room with little light
- Condensation and mould caused by poor ventilation
In a small bathroom every centimetre counts, so the renovation starts with the layout – where the shower, toilet, basin and washing machine go – and only then the tiles.

Technical detail: a walk-in shower in a small bathroom
A floor-level shower needs a fall of about 1–2% towards the drain and waterproofing of the whole floor. A linear drain along the wall allows a fall in one direction only and larger tiles.

Process
We organise the work around the specifics of the city and the property, planning access, logistics and stages.
After a site visit we prepare a written quote based on the layout, the installations and the chosen materials.
The final price is confirmed after the site visit.
See the price listOur own projects with our own photos – see the level of detail and the finished result.
Every completed project receives a warranty certificate. This is what it covers and for how long.
The extended term applies to the installations themselves and to the roofing work. Installed ready-made products — taps, fittings, appliances — carry the manufacturer's warranty.

A walk-in shower usually frees up the most space and is more convenient. If you want a bath, we look at a shorter model or a bath with a screen.
Yes – the cistern goes into the wall, the floor under the toilet is easy to clean and the bathroom looks bigger.
Under a worktop, in a niche or in a tall unit – we decide at the site visit based on the door and the connection points.
Light, larger tiles with thin grout lines, the same on the floor and the walls. A mirror and good lighting help too.
It depends on the scope and on how much of the plumbing is moved. The timeline is set after the site visit and written into the quote.
The layout, moving the connection points, the type of shower and the materials.
