Demolition and waste removal

Construction waste removal in Varna

We carry out and remove construction waste after a renovation – bags from the apartment, loose material from the yard, old windows and sanitaryware. The waste goes to a licensed waste facility, not into household bins.

Scope and approach

What you get

You may have done the demolition yourself or with another team – what matters is that we know the volume, the type of waste and whether it has been brought down. If it is not bagged, we collect and bag it ourselves, and for a large volume of loose waste we use a dump truck.

We agree the place and time for loading in advance, so the entrance and the street are not obstructed. We clean the stairwell and the loading area after the last run.

Technical detail: separate collection

Clean inert waste – concrete, bricks, ceramics – is more readily accepted for recycling than mixed waste. That is why gypsum, wood and plastic are separated as the bags are filled, when the volume allows.

  • We carry the bags from the apartment, basement or attic to the truck
  • We bag up any loose waste left after the renovation
  • We load loose bricks, concrete, plaster and tiles from the yard or in front of the building
  • We take away old windows, doors, sanitaryware and built-in cupboards from the renovation
  • We separate metal and wood from inert waste when the quantity allows
  • We hand the waste over to a licensed waste facility or landfill and clean the loading area
When to call us

From the problem to the solution

The most common situations people call us about, and how we approach them.

Common problems

  • Bags sit for days in the entrance hall or on the pavement after the renovation has finished
  • There is nowhere to park in front of the building, and the street is narrow
  • Construction waste is mixed with household rubbish, packaging and leftover paint
  • Bags tear while being carried out, leaving debris and dust on the stairs
  • A previous contractor dumped the waste in an unauthorised place

How we approach them

  • We come on the agreed day and take everything out at once or in agreed stages
  • We check in advance where loading is possible and at what time the street is quieter
  • Before loading, we identify which waste is household or hazardous and separate it from the construction waste
  • We use strong bags and clean the stairwell after carrying out
  • We hand the waste over only to a facility or landfill authorised to accept it

A good fit when

  • When you have done the demolition yourself or with another team and the waste is waiting in bags
  • When old materials have been left in the basement, attic or yard after a renovation
  • When you have loose bricks, concrete or soil for one run or more
  • When the renovation is ongoing and the waste has to be removed in stages

Process

How the work runs

We organise the work around the specifics of the city and the property, planning access, logistics and stages.

  1. You describe or photograph the waste, and for a large volume we make a site visit

  2. We assess the volume, the access and how many runs will be needed

  3. We agree a day, time and parking spot to suit the street and the building's rules

  4. We carry out, load and clean the stairwell and the area in front of the entrance

  5. We take the waste to a licensed waste facility or landfill that accepts that type of waste

Price

What affects the price

The price depends on the volume and type of waste and the route to the truck, and is confirmed from photos or after a site visit.

If the volume on site turns out to be larger than described, additional runs are agreed with you before the removal.

See the price list
  • The volume of waste determines the number of runs
  • Bagging is added when the waste is loose
  • The floor level, the lift and the distance to the truck determine how long carrying out takes
  • Mixed waste and bulky items are harder to handle than clean inert waste
  • A narrow street or a lack of parking makes loading take longer
  • Removal in stages means more separate visits and loadings

Questions and answers

Construction waste removal in Varna: questions and answers

Yes. What matters is that we know what the waste is, how much there is and whether it is bagged and brought down, or still has to be carried down from the apartment.

For waste in an apartment – yes, it is carried out in strong bags, which we can provide. From a yard or in front of a building, loose waste is loaded straight into the truck.

To a licensed construction waste facility or to a landfill authorised to accept that type of waste. Household bins and unauthorised places are not used.

Asbestos materials such as Eternit (asbestos cement), paints, solvents, adhesives in their containers and household rubbish. These are collected separately and handed over under the appropriate procedure.

It is not necessary if access to the waste and the loading place have been agreed in advance.

Book a site visit or send us photos of the waste, and we will agree a day for the removal.
