Why we started RemontS
Anyone who has renovated a home in Bulgaria knows the carelessness and chaos in the trade: the tradesman does not answer the phone, the price grows every week, the deadline moves to “next Monday”, and when something goes wrong there is nobody to take responsibility.
We decided to be different from the mass-market companies. So from day one we have worked by rules that are put in writing: a free site visit, a written quote with every job and quantity, a contract with a fixed budget, staged payments and a warranty certificate at handover. One team from the first day to the last, and one person responsible for the project.
Our goal is simple – to bring back people's trust in this beautiful craft. A renovation can be calm: you know what it will cost, when it will be finished and who is responsible. Every completed project – more than 180 so far – is our proof that it can be done.

A signed handover record and a written certificate: 2 years' warranty on all work, 6 years on plumbing, electrical and roofing work, with a written certificate.

Six promises you can check
A renovation should not be stressful. This is what we do on every project — on paper and in front of you.
A budget that does not change
A written quote with the work, quantities and prices, then a contract for the same amount. Extra work starts only with your written consent and a price.
You pay for work that is done
Four instalments tied to the stages: 30% at signing, 30% after the rough work, 30% at 80% completion and the last 10% after you accept the property.
A warranty on paper
2 years' warranty on all work, 6 years on plumbing, electrical and roofing work, with a written certificate.
Tested before it is closed
New pipes are pressure-tested before they go into the wall. Waterproofing is tested with water before any tiles go on.
Clean every day, handover with a record
Waste leaves the site every day and never stays in the stairwell. At the end we walk the property together and hand it over with a signed handover record.
One team, one contract
Our own full-time team for plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering and painting. You do not have to find or coordinate separate tradesmen.
